Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Baby Gold packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and gift boxes are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
